Robert Miller, M.D., Secretary

Robert B. Miller is a life-long Californian originally from Los Angeles CA. He attended San Francisco State University with dual bachelor’s degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Graduating Summa Cum Laude, he was a University of California Regent’s Scholar. Dr. Miller attended medical college at the University of California, Davis Ca.

Dr. Miller completed an internship at Highland General, Oakland Ca and went on to complete residency in ophthalmology at the University of California, Davis Ca. During his career, Bob has served in many prestigious roles including, Chief of Ophthalmology Woodland Memorial Hospital, Board of Directors UC Davis Medicine Alumni, Medical Director of EMS, Davis Ca and both as an advisor and Board of Directors for the former Hawaiian Eye Foundation.

Dr. Miller’s mission and overseas volunteer work spans the past 25 years. He has served with patient treatment and surgery, clinical instruction and clinic organization in Fiji, Vietnam, Kingdom of Tonga, Solomon Islands, Philippines islands, Mexico and the People’s Republic of China.

As a charter member of the board of directors for the Eye Mission of the Pacific, Bob looks forward to continuing his mission and volunteer work in the greater Pacific region.
